Webinar 1 - 26 November 2025
Classroom Guidance: Objectives, activities, and tools to support students led by Apro Formazione

As part of the IMPROVET-AM capacity building project, co-funded by the European Union, partners from Armenia, France, and Italy are working together to strengthen vocational education and enhance the career guidance system in Armenia.
In this framework, Apro Formazione (Alba, Italy) and SEPR (Lyon, France) are hosting a series of three online webinars on Career Guidance, open to teachers, counsellors, and managers in VET across and beyond Armenia. This first webinar in the IMPROVET-AM series brings together guidance counsellors and VET teachers from Armenia, Italy and France to explore how classroom-based guidance can support learners over a three-year VET pathway. Led by Elena Laratore, Head of Career Guidance and Work Services at Apro Formazione (Italy), with contributions from SEPR (France), the session presents a structured classroom guidance programme from year 1 to year 3, focusing on self-knowledge, study methods, life plans, preparation for internships, and transition to work. Participants experience interactive activities (such as Padlet-based self-presentation and “What is guidance for me?” tasks) and discover concrete tools they can reuse in their own centres: logbooks for internships, method and exercise sheets, company visits, role plays, and digital tools like Kahoot, Mentimeter and Padlet. The webinar ends with a small assignment inviting Armenian colleagues to design their own guidance “teaching unit” tailored to their students, as part of a growing community of practice within the IMPROVET-AM project.
Each session focuses on a different aspect of guidance practice (all sessions will be held in English).
